Approach
FairSquare’s Orlando office marks a key moment of growth as the company continues to scale its team and operations in 2025. Designed as a new regional hub, the space needed to support collaboration, innovation, and everyday efficiency—while feeling rooted in its Florida setting.
The goal was to create an environment that balances professionalism with approachability, bringing a sense of lightness and regional character into a modern workplace without relying on literal or themed design elements.
Inspiring and cohesive spaces give a sense of place
Overview
The design approach centered on place-driven restraint. Florida’s influence shows up through light, openness, and material warmth rather than overt coastal references. A neutral, breathable palette was layered with texture and subtle contrast to reflect the region’s climate and ease, while maintaining a polished, durable finish suitable for a fast-growing organization.
Spatial planning emphasized flow and flexibility, creating clear zones for collaboration, focused work, and informal connection. Sightlines, circulation, and furniture selections were carefully considered to support how teams actually move, meet, and work throughout the day—encouraging interaction without sacrificing clarity or focus.
Throughout the process, the design remained adaptable, allowing the space to evolve alongside FairSquare’s growth while maintaining a cohesive identity tied to its location.

Outcome
The completed Orlando office provides FairSquare with a workspace that feels both grounded and forward-looking. The environment supports collaboration and innovation, reflects the character of its region, and gives the growing team a place that feels intentional, welcoming, and built to last.
The result is a space that reinforces FairSquare’s momentum—an office designed not just to house a team, but to support how it works, grows, and connects.
